After checkout, your order email includes a pre-paid Evri QR code.

You do not need to print a label. Pack your item, take it to a drop-off point, and they scan the code.

Once we receive your item, we print it and send it back.

Can I choose where the print goes?

Yes. Add a note after purchase or email us. If you do not choose, we’ll place the design where it works best.

Am I buying a T-shirt?
No. U bring the garment. We print the artwork onto it.

Is postage included?
Yes. We email you a pre-paid Evri QR code after checkout. You use it to send your item to us. We then send the finished U SHIRT back.

What can I send?
Clean blank t shirts or long sleeve t shirts. Smooth, cotton-heavy fabric is best.

What if my item cannot be printed?
We’ll contact you before printing. We can help you choose another item or arrange the next best step.

Can I choose where the print goes?
Yes. Add a note after purchase or email us. If you do not choose, we’ll place it where it works best.

How long does it take?
Most orders are printed and returned within 5 working days after we receive your item.

Do I need to print the postage label?
No. Use the QR code in your order email. The drop-off point scans it.

U want to become a U SHIRT designer?

We’re building a marketplace where artists can sell limited artwork drops without making more clothing. You bring the design. We handle the print, postage and platform.

After costs and postage, 80% goes to the artist and 20% goes to running U SHIRT.

How do I submit artwork?
Send us your work, your name, your Instagram, and a short story behind the design.

How many prints are in a drop?
Each design is limited to the timeframe we set.

Who owns the artwork?
The artist keeps ownership. U SHIRT only uses the artwork for the agreed print drop.

When do artists get paid?
Monthly after the collection closes.

What files do you need?
Any image will do but preferably we want PNG, transparent background, high resolution.

We only accept original artworks.
